In The Zone with Fred Persinger II is the ONLY Sports Radio Talk Show in the Eastern Panhandle. Covering the areas local sports with our main emphasis being high school student athletes,
coaches, and administrators. This is not your average sports show…not only do we cover breaking news at the national level but we also have a concerted effort on the local sports scene in all sports.We don’t just focus on local high school teams, but also colleges, universities and youth leagues throughout the state of West Virginia and in the surrounding tri-state area. The show will consist of many local, state-wide, and national guests.

Coming up on today's show we will have Jason Toy from MRN Radio to talk NASCAR as the NASCAR Nextel season is getting closer to the Chase for the Cup and some big names might not make the chase. Also we will talk about the new College Football Polls that were released today, WVU has moved up. Plus we will preview the rest of the week in Sports here in the Panhandle and we will start taking Qualifiers for tickets to go see WVU play JMU and FedEx Field and the package also includes two seats on the Bus to go to the game thanks to the Eastern Panhandle Mountaineer Fan Club.
