The Conference Call season preview Part III

So far for the most part of the 21st century, Fairmont State has been a middle of the road kind of team, but last year the Fighting Falcons managed to do something they haven’t done since 2000, and that’s win 7 games. I spoke with head coach Mike Lopez to talk about the upcoming season.

Fairmont only finished 7 wins once since the turn of the century, and that was in 2000 with a 7-3 record. The Fighting Falcons open their season Thursday night on the road in Clarion Pa.
